Who delivers washing machine without installation?

I placed an order for a new Washing Machine last week Thursday online at Dion Wired. Paid the usual R400 delivery charge and then waited. After much arguing today, the rather useless couriers they used finally delivered the machine at around 7pm. At the time of delivery, I asked them to install and received the response ... we're just couriers. Seriously, what store delivers a washing machine and then does not install it??? I now have an old washing machine connected up (the one being replaced) and a new one, still in it's packaging, sitting in the middle of my kitchen. What the $%&* is a single person supposed to do with a packaged washing machine in the middle of their kitchen ... please Dion, tell me!
