Whirlpool 16kg washing machine never delivered.

On 26 Aug 2017 I bought a Whirlpool 16kg washing machine from Dion Wired at Rustenburg Platinum Square. The unit was on special and it was indicated that I would have it within a week. Up until now I have not received it and Dion is also not calling me to update me on the status. I need to call every time and every week there is another delay. This is not acceptable! I want what I paid for and not a refund. TRN: 121623. The salesperson was Segale. What is even worse is that 3 weeks after I bought the unit, it was advertised again on the Dion Wired pamplet for another R400 cheaper. I called Dion in Rustenburg and I was told that it is out of stock and I cannot have it for that price. That is false advertising.
