I Have no words to describe Massmart.......Dion Wired being one of their retail stores. I have never had as bad service as i have had from this company. no wonder Dion wired has closed its doors. To make it even better in the circumstance of following the News their doors are closing.

Blame game between Dion wired and Vodacom who cares about the client.......that's not their concern.

i have been fighting for a month now to have my cellphone repaired and on visiting yesterday my outcome was all the way negative. evening escalating to the Dion wired head office didn't work.

Well done massmart.

All i can say is that in future i have learned my lesson and will not support a Massmart store again. And please be aware i know which retail stores belong to the Massmart Name.

I will also spread the great after service of this company and all its stores. You will not be getting any great referrals.
