WD Hard Drive Crashes and Terrible Experience at Dion Wired Mall of the South

Please will you forward this email to Guy Hayward. I'm sure he will agree the service I received at one of his Dion Wired stores (explained below) is unacceptable.
Alternatively please send me his contact details and I will contact him directly to resolve this matter, with minimal effort from both parties.

2 weeks ago I purchased a 4TB 2.5inch Western Digital external hard drive (which is the best portable drive you currently sell) from the Dion Wired store at Mall of Africa.
I used it for a few days and the hard drive crashed. I lost all my photos, video and other data.

It took me a week to recover about 95% of the lost data and the rest was *******.
Today (21 May 2017), I took the drive to Dion Wired at Mall of the South to have it exchanged as I can’t trust the drive anymore, it has already crashed once and lost important data.

First I was helped by your cashiers Mogantso Thabiso and Mamorena Molefe, who are both in serious need of training. For one when they are dealing with a customer your staff should not have a private conversation in an another language about me or my return, I find it extremely rude when staff speak among themselfs in a language they know I don’t understand.

When I got the cashiers to call the sales manager Mahdiya Amla, she just dismissed my complaint about the cashiers as well as my replacement of my hard drive, explaining the item needs to go back to Western Digital. The sales manager then disappears back into the store room at the back of the store and leaves me with her untrained staff to fill out the forms for the return. When filling out the assessment or repairs sheet I had questions which the cashers could not answer. I had to get the cashiers to call the sales manager back to answer my questions. I then told your sales manager that she should be more helpful and that she should not go and hide in the store room, her excuse is that she has other work she needs to complete. Surely sorting out a customers issue is more important than any work she was currently doing? If not let me know and I will start shopping elsewhere.

Currently I'm left without a hard drive and Dion Wired still has my R2 700. Further your staff are totally unhelpful and unprofessional.
Please advise who I should deal with to urgently sort this matter out?
