WASTE OF MONEY AND ZERO VALUE/CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>We bought a Microwave at DW-Cradlestone -Krugersdorp - Last year 2016- not even a few months old the Micro stopped working - we took it in hoping to get it replaced seeing that we had a warranthy on it. We were told that we need to wait over the weekend and that they would only be able to get an answer from headoffice for repairs the week after. Not being able to do much we left the unit and hoped for the best, they had as wait more then a 2 weeks knowing that we have a baby and needed to sterilize bottles. They basically did not care. Eventualy we received our unit back, the light not working and the baseplate missing.</p> <p>Samantha/Bongani promised high and low to get this sorted and would give us a loan unit until they could repair ours/ this did not happen either, we only got our baseplate back. </p> <p>Samantha then promised to get a technician in to come and repair at out house, needless to say 4 months later we are still waiting. </p> <p>So point of contact was an email again asking *** was going on, just to be passed around between people who promised to call us and then eventualy came to the same conclusion - we will try to get you a loan unit!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>***???? </p> <p>We want our money back or a new unit-no fixing or loan units!!!!!</p>
