Warranty is a **** and a sham

Bought an Ice Machine and they offered me the extended warranty which I accepted. I specifically asked them if I lost the PPW would it be a problem and they said no. I mean who knows where a receipt from 3 years ago is? The machine is now broken and you guessed it, am sorry we can't do anything without the PPW, you have to have the PPW or you will be charged for repair and assessment fee. Useless call centre, go round and round in circles till you get cut off again and again, I called 4 times and then they cant help you.
