Waiting up wards 1 month for a refund

I just want to say I am disappointed in dionwired, as I have been waiting for a refund on a faulty laptop for over a month now. The feedback I get is that they are waiting on head office. If head office can't process a refund in a reasonable amount of time that is a slight issue I my opinion.
