Very late order received but incomplete

I am following up on my original complaint with reference ********** 2. I rep**** to the Dion Wired response but not sure it was received. The VERY late delivery of the Black Friday Xbox special arrived on 8 December eventually. The special included an extra controller which was not included with the delivery!! I am so angry and now not only was my Son's birthday missed the order is still incomplete. I expect compensation! Unbelievable how your online orders are handled. The copy of the advert confirming the extra controller is attached.
