Unresponsive

I have had to phone the store THREE days in a row for something as simple as getting a quote for a hard drive and docking station. They all promise the same thing which is starting to sound like a broken record.<br> <br> I am still waiting for an email regarding the quote as promised by 3 different employees, and frankly my boss is no longer as patient as he was. They do not realise that their actions are making me seem *********** in the eyes of my boss and quite honestly the service is poor and uninspiring. <br> <br> I dealt with Hlengiwe yesterday who doesn't bother to call back after he promised he would, and when i call back this morning i am told that he is on leave. I then spoke to Zakariayya ( branch manager) who promised that he would get back to me within 15 minutes of my sending the quote, but it's now 1.5 hours and still i have heard nothing from him.<br> <br> I have been patient for all three days but the service remains appalling and unprofessional.<br> <br> Very disappointing!
