Unprofessional store manager at Dion Wired Woodmead

Worst store manager I've ever encountered at Dion Wired Woodmead. He did not have the time to give me peace of mind in terms of security of my goods during the process of dispatching to courier. He laughed at my concerns and tried to dismiss them, and then commented to his colleague that he had "no time for this" and walked away. This gentleman had a very immature, unprofessional manner, and clearly has insufficient experience dealing with customers requiring additional peace of mind - he is not at all suited to being a store manager, and should not be in any position which allows him to interact with customers at all. I've been a loyal customer of Dion Wired Woodmead for the last 15 years, but this type of experience leaves a bitter taste.

(Note, the sales agent on the floor, Ernest, did a great job reassuring and assisting me, despite the manager's dismissive and unprofessional attitude. He was respectful of my concerns and offered me solutions. This is the type of customer service attitude I would expect Dion Wired to ensure in all their sales people as well as managers).
