Under guarantee, but will not exchange!

#DIONWIRED Do not buy from these people. The store at The Mall of the South refuses to replace a Russell Hobbs steamer that is only 4 months old. We must wait 21 working days for a repair! Game or Makro would have exchanged it under guarantee with no issues :(
