Unacceptable and unprofessional service.

I went to Dion Wired Montana (Pretoria) on Sunday (17/09/2017) to apply for a cellphone contract which they are running a special for.

I was advised that only two people deal with cellphone contracts where one is off sick and the other is on annual leave. A guy by the name of Pule assisted me by copying my documents and he advised they would contact me when the contract people come back.

Today (20/09/2017) I went back to Dion Wired Montana and the lady who deals with contracts was there, her name is Lerontina or something like that. She gave me a TON of attitude, saying she cannot process my things as yet as she has a backlog of clients to deal with. I asked her when she will call me back and she rep**** "call you back for what?"

I advised for courtesy and so I know that my application is being processed as I have been waiting for three days. She advised the promo ends on the 8th of October, which is besides the point as all I need is SERVICE and FEEDBACK, I don't care if the promo ends on the 40th of December.

Firstly, I should not be affected in any way by a businesses leave schedule, as it is not my business. I went there for a service and it would be great if they gave me what I want because I am paying and I am not asking for a handout.

Secondly, I should not have to wait for a service for three days without any response about my query or product from the business.

Thirdly, you don't come to work (its made my problem) you don't get back to me and I have to go out of MY WAY to follow up with you, then you give me attitude??? What is that?

I am not even in the slightest impressed with this store and their service, I expect much better service and customer care.
