Unable to unsubscribe from mailing lists

I somehow was signed up to one of their mailing lists. This may have been through the online registration process. I have tried on numerous occasions to unsubscribe, using the "unsubscribe instantly" link included in the email. However, I still receive their marketing material.

On principle, I boycott shopping from stores that are ********* in their dealings and do not follow the legal requirements (specially talking about PoPI here).
