Two new heaters broken weeks within purchase, Dion Wired sit on their hands

<p>We bought two brand new Delonghi heaters from Dion Wired. The gas heater immediately started to give problems followed by the fan heater (which cuts out entirely). Taking it back to Dion Wired shortly afterwards, they offer to send it for repairs. I would have expected a complete replacement given the short period after purchase that the products failed. We have been waiting for almost 3 weeks with no heaters in the middle of winter, while Dion Wired does nothing to come back to us. Replace the units, this is not my problem Dion Wired, it is YOURS.</p>
