They let Vodacom ***** my money!!

<p>I've got a data contract that I pay R349 pm for, but October I was billed R1541.02 and November R4877.86. When I contacted the Vodacom call centre they told me the amount was inflated by out of bundle data usage. What I am failing to understand is how on earth was the limit that I set at DION Wired, when I upgraded this year, removed. I called DION Wired The Grove Mall and the sales agent assured me that she had put a limit on the account. She also told me most of her customers complained as when Vodacom changed their system their settings were changed. Between Dion Wired and Vodacom someone must explain to me why I should pay for this.</p>
