Thank you TK for exceptional service ...

TK is employed at Dion Wired at Mall of the South. On several occasions TK assisted me with small purchases ... always pleasant and knowledgeable and happy to give advice. Recently my house was badly hit with the highveld storms ... I suffered much damage and loss. TK had great empathy with my situation and proceeded to get me my insurance quotes pronto. Upon receiving the ok to go ahead from the insurance company and ready to purchase my TVs he was so helpful with the purchase and suggestions of extended warranty and other bits abd bobs following numerous questions from me to hopefully protect my TVs going forward ... very professional advice and I proceeded to purchase the extended warranty TK took my TVs to my car and just before that I got to meet the manager and told him of the exceptial service from TK and how pleasant the cashier had also been ... a great experience to be shared. The manager also gave me some pointers and arranged to pay for my parking. He became involved with me as had TK ... real customer care by the staff! The whole experience from beginning to end deserves a mention as mostly the customer is not that important ... but at Mall of the South I was queen for a short time ... thank you TK and Dion Wired ... you will see mw again and those I have told of the grwat service!!!
