Thank you for the great service

It's really sad that in this day and age we are surprised by great service! Having said that, Dion Wired at the Cradlestone Mall has consistently given great service. It started with the purchase of a flat screen TV last year - the salesman was patient and also very well informed about his product. It took us two visits over two weekends to make up our minds. At our second visit, he recognised us and approached us before we had even seen him. He remembered us and then started from scratch explaining the pros and cons of each TV set we looked at. <br> <br> We have since been back to buy appliances and gifts, and each time the service was of a good standard. <br> <br> My husband bought me a FITBIT CHARGE for Christmas last year, and over the weekend it developed a problem. I went in to DION WIRED for advice on how to proceed with repairs. The security guard at the door called out to the salesman and within 5mins it was decided that the unit needed to be replaced. Which they did. I was in and out within 20mins - AWESOME. Thank you so much to all of you - security staff, salesman and the ladies at the tills.
