Terrible staff attitude

<p>We've been to Dion Wired Cresta to have our coffee machine repaired. Both upon taking and collecting the item, the staff's attitude was terrible. </p> <p>The entire floor is teeming with sales people, but there is no-one at the Payments counter. When a second person finally arrived behind the desk, the first refused to help us - although there was a line of 5 customers behind us, because she had to go on a break. She started a fight with another employee, and they proceeded to shout at each other in front of all the customers. </p> <p>Upon collection of the product, once again we had to wait for 20 minutes before an employee finally came to the desk, although there were 15 other employees in sight. </p> <p>The whole attitude of the employees is completely horrible, and I do not want to go there ever again. </p> <p> </p>
