Terrible Service at Dion Wired.

A week ago a cellphone I purchased from Dion Wired Cradlestone, had overheating issues and the back of the phone was swelling and breaking open. The phone is still under warranty since it was purchased last year october. We returned to the store which we purchased the phone from and we were told they couldn't help us, we have to drive all the way to Nicolway Dion Wired to get the issue resolved. It is a long drive in traffic each time I have to go there as I can only go after work. So I drove on friday last week to drop off the phone with the proof of purchase. The man at the desk took the phone gave us a receipt but did not ask for the proof of purchase and I was told to phone back again the next day (Saturday) because it was close to closing time and they didnt want to look at the phone, but he did say they have the parts in stock to fix the phone. I phoned on saturday and they said new parts have been ordered and I must phone back on Monday to see whats happening. Phoned again on monday, same excuse, parts ordered but not delivered yet, they will get hold of me the next day (Tuesday). No phone call on Tuesday. Wednesday comes, i call them, now the man says he has not and will not look at the phone until they have a proof of purchase. So I have been **** to and I must still drive all the way back there to drop off the proof of purchase. This is wasting time and costing me money. I dont appreciate being **** to constantly, I will not be doing buisness with any Dion Wired again if this is how they treat customers.
