Terrible service and arrogance

<p>I ordered an item online, and was informed that the product would be shipped within 3-5 working days.</p> <p>This was done on the 10th of May, only for me to phone in today and inform Dionwired that the order has not changed from the date of ordering until now , still stating 'Your Order is being processed'.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why can Dionwired not jsut email me and state that there will be a delay? This is the last time I will order something online from them, as the company has not got this aspect of their business right (online ordering). When one uses Takealot, it is 2-3 days maximum, then the order is delivered.</p> <p>To make things worse, I could not get anyone to answer the phone yesterday, (the online website ordering tel. no,) and when I finally got hold of them today, the arrogance of the lady (Rihanna Kader) assisting me was the cherry on the cake. Not apologetic whatsoever, simply pure arrogance., over and over.</p>
