TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I've ordered a gas stove on Friday, 24th March 2017. I was told that it will be delivered on Saturday morning, 25th March 2017. At 11am I followed up with Peter Matjila who confirmed that the stove will be delivered at 12:30pm. After following up again at 1:00pm, I was told that the driver is on his way to my house. At 2:30pm, I followed up again - I was told that they will still deliver but are running late. At 5:30pm I received a call from Ismail to inform me that the stove will only be delivered early on Sunday morning, 26th March. At 12:00pm I followed up again and was told that the stove will only be delivered at 2:30pm ... I am still waiting! Poor management oversight! Poor customer service! Poor comminucation s****s!</p> <p> </p> <p>When you walk through the doors - there's a group of staff always standing around laughing and chatting... No-one approaching the customers asking if they could assist! No manager in sight! I will shop elsewhere in future. Thank you!</p>
