Terrible customer centric service form DionWired and Incredible Solutions!
<p>I bought a modem 4 months ago from Dion Wired in HydePark (actually bought 2), one stopped connecting to dsl and no internet on 2nd August (after complaining to Telkom who eventually could connect using their modem). Took it in and was told I'd have to wait for 21 days before i could be told what the problem is with the modem. 21 days of no internet because DionWired in HydePark cant test and let me know in a day or two what the problem is. They tell me Incredible Solutions, their supplier has advsied them not to replace our modems until tested. DionWired is customer facing, i spent my money with no questions and no I have to wait 21 working days (a whole month) because know one understands cutomers service on both sides.DionWired and Incredible Solutions (more like dispicable solutions). I run my internet for home and business use, whats 21 days to wait to have internet? It is unbelievable that a functional item which can be tested in an hour (I've had 8 modems in the past 10 years, for home and office use) and when there's a problem Incredible Connection would replace it for me immediately. I hear the story of *****s and cheats, sure, but 21 days is way too long for me to wait for a modem. Should we now have a backup modem incase we experience bad customer service, should we spend more money on products which take this long to figure out their problem. </p> <p>This is terrible and dispicable customer service from both DionWired and Incredible Solutions.</p> <p>No solution, no plan, just pure 'its policy and we cant do much about it'. </p> <p>I'm a customer, with no internet access and everything in me is suffering, i honestly cannot accept this approach to doing business. I'm using my mobile data, telkom and afrihost are paid and wont give me any credit, I dont even know what the actaul problem is with the modem!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Its extremely depressing, i now have to buy a new modem just to connect and continue my life. </p> <p> </p>
