Take your money but will not deliver

Placed an order on the Dion Wired website and paid for the order via credit card. The order is not reflected on the Dion Wired system , yet payment has gone through. Nobody will respond via the email contact and nobody will answer the telephone. If you do get through on the telephone you are placed on hold , then cut off. This is so unprofessional Dion Wired. I will never walk into a store or order online again. I am also unsubcribing from all your emails , as you just want to fleece the consumer.
