Supper **** service @ Dion Wired Menlyn
<p>I bought a Doki watch at Dion Wired Menlyn for my son for Christmas 27/11/2016 cause we went on holiday 30/11/2016. My son open the watch on 25/12/2016 and the watch is not working. As a 10 year old he was upset and we explain we will take it back as soon as we arrived home from our trip. We went in to the store today only to be told they must send the watch away to be checked and that may take 4 weeks. The manger told us that we should have open the watch and checked the watch before we gave it to him for Christmas What *** is this this time of year you must check a present before you give it to your child. We paid R3000 for this Doki Watch. What can we do he's heartbroken.</p>
They respond back a few times during my up load on Hallo Peter just to phone me now and said they will send the watch to supplier for a credit. What does this flippen people dont understand "CHRISMAS PRESENT for a 10 year old. What the hell is wrong with you im so disgusted i bought a Camera from this people aswell for R15000 and i get this service. I will never again suport Dion Wire ever. MAKRO IS MY NEW PLACE TO PURCHASES. I CANT BELIEVE THEY WONT REPLACE A WATCH THAT WR HAVENT EVEN USR FOR A DAY.
