Still waiting for my order

Placed an online order for the Samsung s9 plus - Order number # ********** 31 on the 28th of February 2018. To this day I have not received any communication from Dion Wired about my order and I urgently need this phone before the 23rd as I am going on a road trip and bought the phone specifically to take pictures. Receiving it later would defeat the purpose of ordering it and based on the fact that I have not received any communication about my order it is unlikely that I will receive it before this day.

Please attend to this urgently
