Still Waiting for Black Friday Fridge from Dion Wired Rustenburg

I bought a Samsung 348 l fridge freezer combo on the 24th of November 2017 from Dion Wired Rustenburg and is still waiting for collection for something that is already paid in full. It is almost 20 days after I bought it with no word from them filling me in on the status of the situation. I phoned them twice and then I receive empty promises from them. I've been sitting without a fridge for almost a month now and Dion Wired doesn't give a damn! Their customer service is non existent. No sense of urgency whatsoever! Will never buy anything from them again. And I will tell everyone in the market for something that they stock to not buy from them as they are only quick to take your money but further than that their customer service is appalling! I've phoned them asking to get back to me with a solution to this problem and emailed them without any response from their side. I don't know how long it will still take?
