Stay away from Dion Wired Online

<p>I've heard a couple of people complaining about Dion Wired online. It seems they are playing in a space they're not ready for.</p> <p> </p> <p>The latest thing seems to be what just happened to me. I purchased a printer on their "Daily Deals", cash was immediately taken of my credit card. More than a week later they phoned me to say the product is "Out of Stock" - They will refund me (as if they’re doing me a favour), but this can take up to 7 working days... Didn’t offer a similar product.</p> <p> </p> <p>Here's my issue:<br /> <strong>1. If you do not have stock, don’t offer the product online, or take it off once the stock is depleted, or get better devs. At least offer the customer that you didnt deliver too with an alternative.</strong></p> <p>2. You can take the money immediately, but refunds take days, even if it was your fault.</p> <p>3. Do this with 1000s of people and you can make some good money on interest alone.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you are not ready for online shopping, rather stay away and prevent brand damage.<br /> This was my last online purchase from Dion Wired, there is more than enough capable alternatives available.</p> <p> </p> <p>RS</p>
