Stay away from Dion Wired Accounts

Last year I settled all outstanding amounts on my Dion Wired account. To my surprise however I received a message in January that I owed R84 on my account. I investigated and found that it was service fees (which I thought wasn't due when there was nil balance. I paid the amount at Game Galleria. I called the call center (or they called me) and I requested that my account be cancelled. I sent a WhatsApp and an email to cancel. My access to the App stopped working and I stopped receiving statement. Tonight I get another message from Dion Wired saying I owe R84. This is pathetic and I will not spend another cent in a Dion Wired store.
