Shoddy service
Bought a Jawbone on the Dion website - on the box it said to enquire in store about a free strap. After standing in the Cresta store for several minutes looking around, waiting for someone to help, I had to approach someone to ask for assistance. I dealt with Zi, who knew nothing about this offer - then told me they don't have stock of straps. I asked him to check another store - which didn't either. <br> He took my number and said he would call me Monday with some feedback - but come Wednesday he hadn't called me, so I called him. He didn't even remember anything about this - I had to remind him. he then gave me some excuse about not being able to contact the rep. I then asked him what he was going to do to help further now, and he said to call the number on the box for Jawbone South Africa. There is NO number on the box and I cannot find a Jawbone South Africa contact number anywhere. If you cannot honour your own marketing then you should not be putting out false advertising. It also would be nice if you could up your service and be more upfront and honest if you don't or can't help. Would be great it someone could give me a correct number to call to actually sort this out?
