****ful debit order

I recently signed up for a Game store card. I used the card twice (once to buy some groceries to the value of approximately R300 and once to buy a memory card to the value of approximately R80). I made a R300 payment in October for the card. On Monday 25 November 2019, I received a debit order notification of R262.83 which I did not create or authorize. The reference number for this debit order was DIONW***. I´ve already disputed the charge with my bank and sent an email to *** and *** to know where this debit order stems from. I have not received any feedback
