Samsung Gear S3 Frontier Smart Watch

I recently sent in my Samsung Gear S3 Frontier Smart watch on the 30th December 2019 for repairs, till today I am still awaiting some sort of feedback as to what is happening with the repairs or replacement of this item. The watch was sent in for repairs through Game store in Bethlehem.
