Samsung Galaxy 7 repair under warranty

Dion Wired Woodmead - Samsung Repair Centre is in urgent need of some head office intervention: Firstly you wait for ages for someone to come to the desk. Secondly they tell you it will take five working days but after 5 working days you hear nothing from them. Thirdly they seem unable to do any repairs themselves and had to transfer the phone to the Nicolway branch - without notification. Fourthly it has been 10 working days and I have no phone.
