SAMSUNG AND DEON WIRED DISGUSTING SERVICE

My R15 000 Samsung tv , purchased from DEON WIRED SOMERSET WEST MALL started making green lines on the screen. <br> I called deon wired to report the issue, and was instructed to call Samsung directly, which I did 08th October. <br> I was later contacted by Samsung, given a reference number ***, and was told to go back to the store for a CREDIT AND RETURN MY BROKEN TV and choose a new tv. <br> <br> I EXPLAINED IN DETAIL TO DEON WIRED AND SAMSUNG that I live in Herm****, which has NO DEON WIRED NOR A SAMSUNG OUTLET and that I would need to take off from work and travel over 2 mountain passes to return the broken tv, and pick another in 1 trip, as driving to and from was NOT AN OPTION <br> I was told by samsung that all was in order, and with the reference number providedthe deon wired store would assist. <br> WHAT A JOKE ... Far from the truth...what a horrible experience as a cumsumer. <br> deon wired did nothing to assist me when I visited the store. <br> deon wired said the reference I was huven was nothing and that they would need to book in the broken samsung tv and send it away, and only after they hear from samsung can I possibly qualify for a credit. <br> I explained my positi
