SAMSUNG 65\ LED TV"
It took a lot for me to write a report as I usually except things to a point Now its the 3rd time of Very Poor Service from DION WIRED. I am not going even to write reports from previous problems with this Institution This BIG problem started when i bought the Samsung product from DION WIRED on the 20 July 2013 First they did not have this item in stock as advertised as it must be ordered from Cape Town so i said order please but i cant pay now for something that i don't receive. NO NO YOU HAVE TO PAY FIRST BEFORE WE ORDER So i was forced to pay on the 20 July 2013 at a amount of R40 000 rand The then said i will have a warranty of 24 months. So they proceed with transaction and only 3 AUGUST I had to drive again all the way to fetch my TV. I waited 14 DAYS FOR MY ITEM. On my delivery I then made a note when received on 3 August 2013 and then on 3 August 2015 it will expire. It happen then in July 2015 my 65\ LED TV got stripes 1 top 1 middle and 1 bottom and started a black background in the middle. I went back to DION WIRED on 31 July 2015 to rapport I waited for them again 14 days so I had to phoned them and they said it is out of Warranty.
CDD No:*** on invoice "
