I spent close to R2000 and bought what I thought was going to be a life time investment on a Braun multiquick 7 -J700 juicer. 2 months later the lid has cracked and Dion are telling me that it is not their problem and the lid is not covered under waranty. The Sales Manager was rude and told me that I have abused the juicer. The juicer is advertised with false claims that it can juice both fruits and vegetables and comes with 1 year warantly and now I have come to find out is not the case, \juicer with large chute for whole fruits\" is what appears on the box of lies! The juicer is not worth the big price tag and is a total *******, I could understand if the lid cracked after 1 year of industrial use but this is a juicer that is used once a day at home.
