Just a piece of advice to all consumers out there - whatever you do, and however strong the urge is - DO NOT BUY THE LATEST & GREATEST TECHNOLOGY ON OFFER, especially when it comes to flatscreen tv’s - rather wait 6-12 months or so. I bought 55” QLED Samsung tv on 30 December 2017 “on special offer” for R28,999. Five months later, same TV been sold for R19,999. That’s a R9000 reduction - I feel seriously **********. No one at DionWired would give explanation, especially after pointing out that VAT has increased, and Rand/$ has worsened significantly since Dec till now. And to make matters worse, this is even after the DionWired salesman assured me this would not happen, as the QLED technology is so new. So be warned - a sucker born every minute.
