Returned Bose Speaker to the store - no resolution

I went to Dion Wired on or about the 1st August to return a White, Bose speaker which I purchased in December. I reiterate: I do not want the speaker repaired. I want it replaced. I did not have my receipt but I purchased it on account so you'd think the store would have a record.

They made me phone some number where I had to request a copy of the receipt. The process of returning something to Dion Wired is tedious, and tiresome, and a royal pain in the behind.

I have given Dion Wired my Bose Speaker and I don't want it fixed. Bose MUST replace it. Bose is supposed to be quality that's why I brought the speaker. Please would someone sort this out? I am working full time. I did go into the store to try and sort it out about a week ago, but the lady who helped me was not there, and there was no record of them having received the speaker.

Please would someone just get me a new speaker? I've given my account number below. Why is this such a long process? Surely, as Dion Wired, you should be albe to approach Bose without and argument and get me a replacement? You staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly in the store. They stood there chatting in their own language glaring at me.
