Repayment amount differs

In December I app**** for a Dion Wired card for the purpose of buying a TV at Game. The salesman at Game explained to me what the payment will be on the TV I bought. I explained my budget and he showed me a table with repayment amounts according to the purchase price. The repayment amount on this table showed the payment as R340 per month over 36 months. I then asked if this will be the total including all additional costs which he confirmed. I specifically asked this as my budget only allowed a payment of up to R350 per month. In January I received a statement which indicates a repayment amount of R491.14 per month which is much more than we agreed on. Even on brochures from Dion a TV costing much more than the one I bought the repayment amount is less than mine and that is even after I paid a deposit. The fine print on the brochures indicates the account card pricing includes 22.65% interest p.a., services fees AND compulsory insurance so there should not be any more additional costs. I phoned a consultant on your customer service number during January which said he will ask one of the supervisors to phone me back but I am still waiting!!<br> Please call me from 13:00 to 13:45.
