repair number 3245 Lack of comminication and passing the buck when they make a mistake

Very dissapointed, had a Kenwood blender for 3 months and it broke, when handing it in was told it will take 3 weeks. I use this blender everyday and was very dissapointed with takealot it all happens within a few days. Reluctantly i booked it in and had to purchase a new blender, ended buying a nutribullet as i couldnt go without it for 3 weeks. after 3 weeks i received an email stating i must visit the closest store for a credit. Tygervalley was the closest to me and they said no i have to go to the store i booked it in, but they then verbally and on email agreed that they will refund me. then a few days later a get an email telling me i need to bring in the box and few accesories. This i no longer kept as i was told i will be refunded and the nutribullet works fantastic. Now they refusing to refund me as they say i need to bring it in. in all the commincaitons verbally and on email not once was i asked to do this, else i would have kept it. this is very dissapointing, the Lezanne Pietersen even admited she didnt check on the system what unit i purchased or else she would have mentioned it, but this is now my problem due to their mistake. I have also tried callign dion wired Customer service number but its just engaged or when it rings they just drop the call before they answer, this is now for more than a week.
