Refund taking longer than usual

I must repeat myself, do not buy from Dionwired online. After a black friday special that had gone wrong, I have to wait for two whole months for my refund. Only to get a "sorry we have been experiencing high volumes of transactions, hence the delay" . I have never had such an appalling experience anywhere else.
