RCS doesn't care about Dion Wired

Dion Wired had a special on a laptop for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

It was a Hell of a deal. Like they do every now and again and I was really excited.

So went through on Saturday morning to Dion Wired Greenstone.

However I had paused my account and needed to extend my credit. So had my salary slips and ID gave it too the lady dealing with credit. Got a provisional approval for double the laptop. They said I must come back when I had been approved.

The manager then spoke to me and said they didn't have stock but I could pay there and collect from Woodmead, which was fine didn't mind.

Told him they need to push through my credit so I could pay before I had to leave and before stock ran out. He said they would try.

I went did some shopping came back later. Waited while the lady dealt with someone else. When she was done she was already on the phone with the RCS ( the credit provider).

They told her that no one is there to authorise my credit on the weekends they will do it on Monday.

This didn't help me because the special was over on Sunday.

I must mention the staff at Dion Wired were fantastic.

It's just such a disappointment that there finance company RCS is unable to support their efforts to make sales and happy customers.

Like most South Africans I'm unable to make it to the stores during the week and I want to do my shopping extend my credit and get everything done on the weekends without waiting a week.

What does this say about Dion Wired? If you can't make it during the week don't shop here? Don't even bother looking at our specials you won't be able to buy them.

I was provisionally approved for double what the intended purchase was. I told them to cancel the application because RCS was unable to accommodate me. Dion Wired that's a lot of money you've lost out on. Does RSC not care enough about your Revenue to ensure they can accommodate your clients on the weekends, when majority of your target market is able to shop.

RSC dropped the ball for you, Sorry.
