Questioning integrity and implying theft
I am not exactly sure of the date of this incident, however, it was probably a week ago. My husband went to Dion's and he took his laptop bag from work in with him as he drives a bakkie and could not leave the bag in the bakkie due to safety reasons. He walked past the security guard lady with the bag and she saw him walk to the counter to asked if the store stocks a particular item. He then walked out of the store, still in full site of the security guard who then stopped him and took EVERYTHING out of his bag. He is a data centre engineer and he has cables, ***** drivers etc. in his bag. She further more interrogated him, implying that he had ****** cables?! Is she insane? That is embarrassing and I am sure one is not allowed to do that?! I am sure that when you basically strip search someone at the door in full view of the public you better have a very good reason to do so.
