Purposeful misleading of customers

<p>Dion wired was supposedly running an epic weekend sale promotion or whatever they called it. It is supposed to run until Sunday the 6th of August both online and in-store. One of the specials was a set of JBL earphones for R99, which normally retail for R299.</p> <p>I saw a few complaints on the Facebook ad saying the prices on the ad weren't the same as in store so I went to the online store and the earphones being advertised for R99 were in fact STILL R299. I proceeded with the purchase thinking the discount would be app**** at checkout and not a single cent was discounted!</p> <p> </p> <p>Dion are clearly aware of this as people had been complaining on the post since Friday the 4th of August and they've done nothing about it but continue to knowingly mislead us. This is false advertising at its absolute worst!</p>
