Proof of purchase

I bought a Canon Printer in Kolonnade on 26/04/2017 and on the 11th of October I took my back to the store because its not functioning anymore,

Hence I have misplaced my invoice Lizzy or Pamela advised me that they have requested a reprint for invoice from Dion HeadOfiice and it will take 1 day or 2 to get it.

Today is the 17th and I called the store for update and my printer is not yet booked and I use this printer for business purpose,

I would like to know why is a hustle at Dion get helped after I spend my money to buy from Dion? How can a simple invoice took so long to be send to the store ?I want this problem to be sorted ASAP I wont wait for any longer or I want a refund for my money I wasted.
