Pre-orders not arriving albeit store is full of these products.

<p>I have pre-ordered an Xbox One S console two prior to launch at Dion Wired mall of Africa. However, come launch day 13th of April and the my console was not there.</p> <p> </p> <p>In my surprise the store is full of these Xbox ones with all the accessories but I was told by the manager that my particular model (whatever that is) has not been delivered yet. Bear in mind that I have already paid for this product but it seems these people value customers that haven’t even bought a product yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am utterly frustrated as I am just sitting here not knowing when will my product arrive. Instead of this manager giving me a stocked Xbox he keeps insisting that he will call head offices but nothing even today. I might as well cancel this order this is ridiculous now.</p>
