Poor service and poor quality of goods at DION Wired

I purchased an affordable Laptop computer from DION Wired at the Cradlestone mall, just before they shutdown. The laptop has been the worst purchase i have ever made in my life, despite the salesman convincing me to buy it because it was worth it. I have returned the laptop to the store twice, in a space of weeks, just prior to them shutting down. Both times they looked at the computer, and told me that there is nothing they can do about it. Be careful people, don't buy a laptop from DION Wired at any store, as they are inexperienced, and they have no means of supporting you after the purchase. The quality of the service, and most of all their products has really lost its credibility. There are many others stores you get better service and quality, so please do yourself a favor, and avoid DION Wired. I am now stuck with a dead weight for a laptop, and it has no use.
