Poor service

<p>I bought an LG 17 kg front loader in November and it was delivered on the 15 December after fighting with them, then in January the machine didn't wash properly as it didn't pour water in to the drum but attempted to wash.</p> <p>i called the office and was told to send an email with the proof of payment and particulars of the machine which I did. They wanted to sentd someone to fix th machine no I refused since the item is only a month old. I demanded a replacement or refund. Then they went quite, it's been a week and no one contacted me from the store.</p> <p>this is unacceptable, first is the delayed delivery and bad attitude from the drivers now this. All I want is my money back. I'm no longer interested in the store.</p>
