Poor customer service

<p>Bought a washing machine online only to find out that they took my money and canceled the order without notifying me. They do not answer their telephones, I left a message at reception for someone to contact me without any luck. They advertise the machine I bought online for the same price and they've indicated that stock is available so why the cancellation? I guess that this was my first and last interaction with Dion Wired. Please pay back the money.........</p>
