Place your orders now for Christmas 2016

I placed an order online on 17/12/2015 and paid the same day including a delivery fee. I has been almost a week and still no delivery nor any update on when the goods will be delivered. This is a gift for Christmas but seeing that there is only 2 days left to deliver, I need to know if this will be delivered or can I collect from one of your shops instead? Furthermore I have tried calling your call center but the people seems to have gone fishing or something since there is no answer either, thus forcing me to make this public about how bad this service and communication is. For an online shop you need to be fast as there are other online shops that make you guys look like amateurs.
