Paying Dionwired for delivery

I paid dionwired to deliver my fridge. I asked the salesman twice who is going to delivery it and he told me twice its dionwired staff. When the delivery guys pitched up it was not dionwired staff but contractors.I prefer dealing with staff as contractors don't always do the best job or have the proper tools to do the jobs as i have experienced before.<br> <br> Anyway, Dionwwired did not notify the contractors that the fridge was double door and very heavy, so my floors got damaged. They came to my house last week Tuesday to see the damaged floors and said they would get back to me by friday. <br> <br> I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN AND I DO NOT WANT TO AS I DID NOT PAY THEM. I WANT DIONWIRED TO SORT MY FLOORS OUT AS I PAID THEM TO DELIVER IT, I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THE CONTRACTORS, YOU, DIONWIRED CAN DEAL WITH THEM. I AM GOING TO TAKE THIS MUCH FURTHER IF THIS IS NOT SORTED OUT. I REPEAT, I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THE CONTRACTORS, I PAID DIONWIRED TO DELIVER MY FRIDGE. I HAVE RECEIPTS AND PROOF. EMAIL ME AS I AM IN MEETINGS ALL DAY.
